Below is our parish calendar for events, meetings, and liturgical activities that take place on our campus. In addition to this, we also have schedules for some of our ministries. These are available on the pages for the particular ministry.
We are pleased to offer online room scheduling at St. Joseph
All groups/individuals, whether internal or external must fill out one Parish Facilities Use Form for any recurring meetings annually and additionally for each occurrence of any special events throughout the year. The calendaring is July-June.
You may request use of a room by completing the following:
(After completing steps 1 and 2) Click the green "Request a Reservation" button at the top right of the calendar. (Make sure to include in the notes any subsequent dates if your booking recurrent meetings. Also, use actual start/end times in the request, adding whatever buffer time you need at the beginning/end to the notes, e.g. if your meeting is from 7pm-9pm, but you need a half hour of set-up/clean-up, say you need that but do not request 6:30pm-9:30pm.)
Your request will be reviewed upon completion of all three steps and you will be notified via email of approval or denial.
