Registration 2026-2027 

Thank you for your commitment to growing in faith together as a family. Follow the steps below to register your family for Faith Formation.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT FORM: This first step confirms your understanding of the expectations of our program and gives consent for  GroupMe as our primary communication tool.
   
   
   
2. Registration: Please fill out even if you are a returning family! The link to this form will be sent to your email after you have completed the Acknowledgment.
   
   
   
3. Sign up FREE for a FORMED account through our Parish subscription. We used FORMED as part of our curriculum, but it is also a platform filled with solid Catholic media and programming.
